District Coordinating Director, Secretary to the Assembly

The Central Administration Department is the Secretariat of the District Assembly and is responsible for providing support services, ensuring effective and efficient administration, and managing the overall organization of the Assembly.

The Department manages all sections of the Assembly including:

  • Estate
  • Transport
  • Logistics and Procurement
  • Accounts
  • Stores
  • Security
  • Human Resources Management

The Department also coordinates administrative functions, development planning and management, budgeting, rating, statistics, and human resource development for the Assembly.

The following units operate under the Central Administration Department:
