Development and Planning Permits

Step-by-step guide to acquiring a Development and Planning Permit within the Sefwi Akontombra District.

To obtain a Development and Planning Permit, follow the process below:

1. Submission of Applications – Acknowledgement receipt within 7 days.
2. Vetting of the submitted documents.
3. Collation of Technical Findings (within 14 days).
4. Conduct of Site Inspection.
5. Technical Consideration by the Technical Subcommittee (within 21 days).
6. Technical Consideration by the Spatial Subcommittee (within 30 days).
7. Processing of the Development Permit.
8. Payment and Collection of the Development Permit / Discussion of Queries and Appeals.
9. If necessary, Appeal to RSPC/DTP.
