The Human Resource Department coordinates all human resource programs and organizes staff training within the Assembly.

The department ensures effective and efficient administration of human resources, translating institutional policies on employment, personnel, wages, and salaries into good management practices. It also updates staff records regularly while promoting inter and intra-departmental collaboration to enhance performance and development.

The Human Resource Department reports on all HR-related activities and implements measures to upgrade the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of staff in the Assembly. It also ensures staff welfare and conducts performance appraisals for direct reports.
