The Sefwi Akontombra District Assembly has completed the construction of a 6-unit nurses’ quarters at Kofikrom.
The project was undertaken to provide decent residential accommodation for health workers stationed in the community.
The new facility is expected to improve staff motivation, promote effective health service delivery, and enhance the retention of nurses posted to the area.
This intervention aligns with the Assembly’s objective of strengthening healthcare infrastructure across the district.
